Ever since the documentary I hate levy even more. Really thinks all fans are ignorant fools.

Good point about Ajax.

Poch's time was up tbf, but Jose was never ever the right man. The fact jose got backed and Poch didn't was disgraceful.

Only reason I can think of, is because the baldy took advantage of Poch's good nature and thought he'd win some trophy on the cheap, which Poch almost did!
Then he went got an expensive manager!

Levy completely facked up sacking poch and replacing him with that fraud.

Poch deserved last season to rebuild. First rocky patch and he was sacked. Never got the chance to build a team with ndombele and lo celso. Imagine those two integrated and the transfer window we had last summer with Reguillon and Hoijbjerg.

We all know levy is untouchable though. The bloke knows fack all about football and we'll likely have to endure this garbage for a long time on his watch.

So Poch was a weak manager in your estimation then?

He was and is still is a brilliant one but he's a gentleman and dropped so many hints to Levy that the team needed investment which he didn't get and I think it's because Levy took advantage of Poch nature.

So Poch's weakness could be blamed for the lack of investment in his squad that eventually led to Mourinho joining Spurs.Mourinho a strong manager who demands investment from it's owners.

Levy gave me some hope in the summer with the transfer window and while he did his bit, the anger towards him is rearing its head again thanks to the way things are playing out with Mourinho. I never wanted Poch gone and I never wanted Mourinho as the replacement. It looks like two wrongs are creating a bigger wrong.

Thing is,if a manager is weak and doesn't demand investment then ultimately who's at fault.

Mourinho has many faults, but the one thing you can't levy(no pun intended)against him is being coy when it comes to demanding investment in his squad.

Morespurs refers to Poch as a gentleman, where some would look on him as a weakling who ultimately let Spurs and it's supporters down.

Poch wanted investment and spoke publicly about it. He didn't make demands and cry at not getting the players he wanted because that is not his style and helps to keep a happy ship. Under other owners he would get the right backing and he'd most likely have won stuff.

Mourinho's demand for new players didn't really get him anywhere in the end at United. And to be honest it doesn't look like it's getting us anywhere either.

Jose is always initially backed. Though like at the end with United and his second stint at Chelsea, when he isn't, he throws his dummy out. He had helped Fellaini's contact getting extended (of not for Ole, he'd have still been here until it expired).

From day one I said if Jose fails then Levy should get the bullet too.

This is Josè’s first full season with us.

I think people are forgetting Poch’s first full season in terms of performances and finishing 6th.

I am still prepared to give Jose time. There were rumors of Poch being sacked in his first full season, i seem to remember Ryan Mason scoring a last min equalizer or winner in a cup game that pretty much saved his bacon.

Mourinho had a large chunk of last season though to get used to the team and players. And I was more hopeful with the performances under Poch in his first season. Our performances under Mourinho stink and are awful to watch, and we know this is how he likes to set up so we can't expect it to be that great going forward either. Even with the Arsenal win it was boring to watch in that second half. I don't want to get used to seeing Spurs do this, but thankfully Jose is never going to be a long term manager, whether he gets sacked or leaves on his own accord.

Not traditionally, but he's said himself Spurs is a different project to his previous jobs and said this is more long term
