Great goal to end a miserable half. This has still been horrific, though.

It is no doubt. One time Tierney winning the duel and came up with a nice cross. Ode completely unmarked. Nice finish. Fine with the lead obviously but what a dreadful performance. Nice time for a goal.

Hopefully Everton fans get on their back and they implode

Maybe the best we can get right now in terms of players who are willing to join a club that's not even in Europe and price wasn't too bad

Our U23 are 2 down against Everton though.

Hopefully Arteta doesn't tell them to sit on the lead now. Need to go for the kill Everton is there for the taking

We’re hardly got top talent coming to us. He’s a terrific talent just hope it can be translated well on the pitch

Tavares cutting inside too much and giving possession away cheaply turning the ball back, Tierney should have been back for the Liverpool game but certainly Old Trafford. These two games were too high level for Tavares at his current stage, I knew that before, Arteta should have too.

It was a decent move to set up the goal though, Xhaka to Laca to Tierney, thats what Laca brings, ability to link the play even if he may not score himself.

and I like Tavares btw

Remember when ozil scored against Everton, then they equalised, then giroud broke the bar with an audacious volley from 30 yards

With Xhaka in the team, the ball is released to the left back a lot quicker
