Yep, one of the worst set of 5 attempts in a shoot-out I think I’ve seen from a keeper. Laughable … as was the predictability of Havertz’s limp miss.

I realise keepers get a ton of data about penalty takers.

But that's just it. DATA.

There still has to be a degree of free will involved in the keeper's decisions.

Raya has to be more than just a faacking robot.

Arteta clearly has bigger trophies in his mind. That's why he rested key players. We want the League title and CL title.

but in training - raya always dived left - so what else could he do in the match

A very disappointing if predictable result. We have been desperately unfortunate with injuries but our style of play this season has been so negative and painful to watch.
I don’t think that Arteta has done a bad job but he needs to learn and change back to a more attacking style. For those who say “sack him”, who is the ready made replacement? Looks like Man Utd have finally found someone. It took them long enough.
There is a world shortage of decent attacking players but we need to buy at least two from somewhere. Our attacking options are less than paper thin.
