As for linking it to us wishing death and misery to cause it; then that’s as reprehensible as anything out there.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

And besides totally missing the point of what I was saying....where on earth did I say or even make a link to Celtic fans 'wishing death and misery to cause it'.

As you rightly say you would be laughing at one potential outcome from a scenario which would be completely outwith your control.

I never once suggested Celtic fans were 'wishing death and misery to cause it' at all.

And its pretty low of you to try and pin that on me.

The desperation for things to get called off due to Covid is quite terrific to see.

And interestingly no sign of the mock offence taken like earlier in the week when there was talk of Celtics players missing games due to Covid.

If the league got cancelled it would have to mean Covid was still thriving and causing illness, death and general misery everywhere.

Getting even a semi a over the prospect of that scenario (never mind being ‘unable to stop laughing’ because of it) surely morally reprehensible in the eyes of whoever was getting their tighty whiteys in a knot earlier in the week?

Maybe today is their day off the forum?

I hope that football goes ahead and European football goes ahead next season too.

I'll rely on the SFA going the right thing this time and refusing Rangers license to play in Europe on account of the huge unpaid tax bill that's allowing them to cheat their way to the league.

Plus ca change....

The null and void calls last season and this are the same - desperation from rival fans unhappy that they weren't good enough and are clinging to miracle outcomes that aren't happening. But ideally we complete all the games.

Joey was reaching big time earlier in the week with his its all about safety posts. You could easily see he was going through troubles a vvank can't correct.

Agree completely

The same guy that was getting all mock offended the other day would likely be the first to crack open the White Lightening if Rangers were denied the title due to Covid.

Throughout this whole pandemic there have been people all over the country who have loved it tbh, I know a few who are desperate for it to go on as long as their 80% furlough goes on, as pathetic as that is its 100% true. I don't think for one minute they want people to die, suffer or businesses to close and jobs being lost, they are just focusing on their own wee part in it.
Similarly no football fan wants to see people die etc.. but thats not to say that if it was null and void they would not have a chuckle at Rangers, doesn't mean they are also chuckling at death.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Agree - as most right minded people would.

It just didnt seem to be as clear cut when it applied to one or two of us earlier in the week

BTW if I was getting 9 months of 80% wages for 0% work you'd need to drag me back. I can't blame the ones that are enjoying it. Its easy to put a bit of distance between the horrors others are facing and just get on with your own lot. It doesn't make you a bad person or anything. Its probably pretty normal in fact.

I’ll tell you right now that every Celtic supporter under the sun would have hysterics if the league was declared null and void at any time this season.

As for linking it to us wishing death and misery to cause it; then that’s as reprehensible as anything out there.

It would be laughing at one potential outcome from a scenario which would be completely outwith our control so take care climbing down all those steps from your daft moral high ground.

Oh dear. Head first again.

Did you actually read what I wrote?

At no point have I ever said that I have an issue with what is being said on this thread.

I am just surprised that whoever it was that repeatedly tried to berate Rangers fans for getting a small degree of satisfaction out of Celtics covid related woes earlier in the week seems to be cool with todays discussion.

Here you go again

Thai is what you wrote “ the league got cancelled it would have to mean Covid was still thriving and causing illness, death and general misery everywhere.

Away and play with yourself. .

Same thing time after time I’m beginning to wonder if you even know what you write.

Which bit of “getting a semi” over such a scenario don’t you understand?

You are fast becoming the new Laudrup and that takes some doing.

Off your big soapbox mate.

Okay - you know what I wrote far better than me.

The scenario I was referring to was the league being cancelled - you know the scenario under discussion.

You just seem to have chosen to interpret it in the most sinister way possible.

And you havent even acknowledged the fact that you completely missed the point of what I was saying.

Quelle surprise.

Btw if you genuinely think I was saying that celtic fans wouldnt stop laughing at people getting ill or dying then theres no more conversation to be had.

That is categorically not what I was saying at all.

Thats pretty off to try and portray it in that way tbh.
