We absolutely battered Liverpool. It was men against boys and Klopp must have celebrated the point like he did when they won the league. Completely got out of jail. Liverpool didn't miss any chances while we missed 2 big chances and had 3 times a simple pass for a tap in or one on one.
Honestly think they were the worst side we faced this season. It got to the point our defenders starting playing like Messi and Ronaldo trying to win the game as there was nothing to defend.

flashscore only highlighted Thiago 30yd shot as an important attack by Liverpool. That is when you know they barely created anything as that was a highlight for them.
I noticed Pogba and Rashford are 2 of the worst players in the final third we have. They get into possible great positions but completely mess it up. I think its got to the point Matic should be starting instead of Pogba and Greenwood and Cavani are our 2 best strikers. Rashford and Martial playing like non-league level players this season. Greenwood should be given time as he is our best finisher.
Honestly find Rashford one of the most frustrating strikers we had. I actually can’t think of any other compareable to him other than Martial and they are our 2 main strikers. We need Greenwood and Cavani to make it so they are undroppable when they next start a game as relying on Rashforf and Martial is like relying on 2 of the worst players one on one we ever had. Martial used to be good but now is like Welbeck when clean through.
I honestly cannot recall Liverpool having any chance inside our box other than the ones that were blocked. De Gea should have played as a striker and we should have put Rashford in goal. I am sure he would have timed his runs better.

Boris expected goals agree with me and flashscore. The fact the Thiago shot from 25-30yds out was Liverpool only important moment in the game tells you how poor they were. We actually cut Liverpool apart twice in the first half but our pass was overhit stopping us having 2 one on ones with the keeper with no pressure.
Hoping this weekends game is 0-0 and penalties.
United should sacrifice this competition to focus on the title. City won't be able to cope without KDB and Aguero in the next 2-3 months... it has to be this year for United.
