He’s right that to think there’s a dressing room where everyone is happy is bull crap!
But he needs to play Dele when the team looks devoid of ideas. Unless he’s injured or suspended.
Berg was ill in the last game so in the second half, Jose should’ve brought on Dele to kill off the game?
I have to say we have only only lost 2 games in 18 games? So I can say whatever I like, Jose does get results! But he half doesn’t make it easy for all of us!!

Maybe you should look at Sonny and Kane missing chances, Dier yet again outjumped by oppo player and Sanchez done like a kipper?
Looking at Dele played or not, won't take away these facts.
Crying out for Dele, maybe hiding the other issues that we are facing right now.
Looks like we're at stage 3 of Jose's destruction of the club. We didn't even get the great second season, it was just great results for the first 10 games.
His treatment of Dele has been a disgrace. Jose's a narcissist who needs to throw his player's under the bus rather than take any responsibility for his shortcomings.
There is always grumblings and attacks towards the players when the results aren’t going well.

I was never against Jose’s appointment in fact I’d say I welcomed it as we felt quite a good fit for him to get his mojo back
I’m now in full reversal ....football is awful (we don’t even look like catching teams on the break anymore which made games at least sort of interesting to watch as we were always one pass away from a goal) but the results are now awful too
I think we all want this over with now but levy will never lose face by sacking him as it means admitting he was wrong
I’m dreading the match tomorrow and I use to look forward to every Spurs game ....feels like a really slow death for our club
Are we not in danger of being guilty of that weird phenomenon where a player gets better the longer he doesn’t play?
I was a massive Del fan and I stuck up for him when he started his demise. But it’s been so long now since he’s played well. People talk about when Jose came in: Dele played ok for four matches and then went back to being poor. He then got hooked - probably to try and get him fighting for his place and upping his game. Don’t forget he was awful for the whole season before Jose came and possibly the back end of the season before.
However, I thought he would’ve fought his way back into the team by now. I thought Jose would piiiiiisss him off so much he’d be raring to go. I actually thought Jose was saving him for the Xmas period and he’d be back in the team playing well. If he hasn’t by now, I don’t think he ever will.
I would love to see him in a 4231 as part of the 3.
PEH and NDombele as the 2.
Currently, NDombele is playing a sort of ACM/ 10 but he ‘s getting found out - how many times did Fulham Ze his little spins coming and not buy the dummy? He also fades in and out of a game too
much - I think he needs to play a bit deeper.

Problem is, Jose won’t do it. And to be fair to him, he can’t afford Dele and NDombele strolling about and losing the ball - if he sees Dele as someone who loses possession and not tracking back, then you can see why he can’t play him. That’s all we saw of Dele for a whole season.
It’s a really tough one if we’re honest. Can’t look at Dele with rose-tinted glasses the longer it is we don’t see h play.

Thing is as gutting as it would be to lose Dele he hasn't done a good job in a few years now.
He was the same under Poch and now Jose, as much as we don't want to lose him sometimes you have to look at the player.
Loan him yes do not sell.
I posted a little while ago about Dele’s attitude, I live in the next village to where his adoptive family live & one of their close friends to,d me they were concerned about this and also his feeling he did not need to try anymore as he had arrived at the top. He apparently does not train as dedicatedly as he should.
Fact of life if this is true is that it is not about getting to the top, it is about staying. Look at Kane & Son, they both work hard in training to be as good as they are, Dele needs to follow their example 👍
As for Jose, I did not want him in the first place but once he was in place I decided to support him.
However, watching some of the turgid stuff we produce on the pitch is extremely hard and frankly makes in difficult t look forward to our games.
I wouldn’t mind if we had poor players etc, but we have two World class forwards, a World Cup winning goalkeeper, some talented players like Reguilon, Hojberjg and N’Dombele...........just let them off the leash Jose, we actually look good once we start moving the ball around at pace😳
I also think we play backwards way too much, allowing the opposing teams time to regroup!
I was initially a big fan of Sanchez and his potential.
However, even my other half commented on why does he pass the ball backwards all the time. And she is not a football fan!🙄
