The 00' generation of players are generally very good...
Haaland, Lamptey, Hudson-Odoi, Sancho, Guehi, Foden, A.Davies, Smith-Rowe, Gallagher just to name a few, coming to the fore.

Dare I say....Golden

You're not the first and certainly wont be the last to say that.

A very underrated and misunderstood player, Hudson-Odoi.

Definitely good enough.
Much better than most of the wide attackers in the league.

Good. So the general consensus is that they are Golden...
Glad that's been established

Hopefully he gets better. At the moment, he isn't good enough.

I’m sure you watch him regularly

70's & 80's generation reigns supreme until proven otherwise, and ironically variety is the reason why

Players like Kante are so special/unique because for a 90's generation of player he's remarkably well rounded, stick him in the PL during the 90's/00's & he's good but does blend in with the crowd more. He's a Sacchi midfielder in the Guardiola inspired generation.

If Hudson-Odoi becomes the player you insist he is now then he'll easily be one of the best players in the world. The ability to do everything well, opposed to doing one or two things perfectly, is the holy grail in this era of football.

As an Arsenal fan, I can't claim to have watched him game-in game-out, but (and I appreciate I could be setting myself up for some ridicule here) I've always felt CHO has the potential to surpass Sancho in the long-term.
He was excellent in the Under 17 World Cup triumph, and I vividly recall him terrorising Bellerin in pre-season the following year before causing Man City similar problems in the Community Shield.
It always baffled me that Sarri never gave him more opportunities, and I feel that, injuries/illness, and the switch to the right side to accommodate Pulisic has slowed his development somewhat.

I would say though that as well as he seems to have adapted to the right recently, I still feel the left hand side would be a better fit for him. Watching him for the Under 21s in particular (which I appreciate is not the same level as the Premiership) his ability to drift in between the lines and pick a pass is excellent, and he strikes the ball very cleanly without the need for much set-up, which can be a nightmare for defenders as they either have to commit/get tight and risk getting beaten, or stand-off and give him the opportunity to shoot or pick a pass.

We're pretty well stocked in the wide areas, but I think if he can keep fit, he's got a great opportunity to make the Euro 2021 squad (if it goes ahead!)

Much more knowledgeable than most of our own fans on this forum, that haven't got a clue about Hudson-Odoi.
Just quite frankly brainless, couldn't spot and understand the concept of young talent development if it hit them in the face!
