Aurier

Yep.... Seems to have stepped up a level since the arrival of Doherty (who’s been pretty crap) either that or Jose has taught him how to defend a bit. With Him and Reggie in the team I think we are better off playing 3 at the back so that we dont need to 2 DMs (sissoko)

Not really, we need a better right back which means one of Doherty and Aurier has to go. Id rather sell Doherty but can't see the club giving up on him after one year so looks like if we want to improve it will have to be Aurier making way

No, he'll never be consistent, we need better.

I wouldn't be unhappy with it. He's alright. Will never be consistently amazing, but better than a lot of people give him credit for.

There's other areas on the pitch which need upgrading first.

Would not be surprised if he left end of season, didn't he want to go last summer? Probably PSG along with Lloris and Dele

Has Regillion got a right-footed brother?

I’d be happy to sign him up and then sell him for max value.

Would love to get Hakimi from inter now they are in financial trouble

Gutted when he went there. We should have been all over him. Wonder if Atal is back up and running..

Hakimi & Reguilón would be a Walker & Rose Version 2

I'd keep Aurier around on a new contract if it meant selling Doherty and finding another right back to compete with him.

Atal has struggled a lot with injuries

3 at the back will also suit Doherty's game better. He played in that system for years at Wolves so you'll see better performances from him. If We're playing Hojbjerg and Sissoko as deep as they do then I'd rather play with five at the back with one holding than the other way around. It means more width higher up.

Aurier is up there as a top right back when he doesnt make the most ridiculous of errors. Unfortunately he makes those errors far too often and theyre unacceptable and cost us games.

Reggie is ridiculous. Our fastest player, so lucky to have him, if he stays thats massive.

Defo regardless of Aurier we should be looking at a long term RB.

Reguilon has been excellent in the last two games, especially against Fulham.

Reguilon if he stays a while will go on to be a Spurs great, though I'm not sure where that leaves Sessegnon?

It leaves him in Germany.

It's a good problem to have compared to our RB situation

Which would be a shame cause the lad has potential to and I believe he is doing well out there.

Unless we can play them both, one on either side?

That would be unwise, wed lose a lot of width if one of our fullbacks couldn't play the overlap

I'm still not sure reguilón will be a long term player given the buy back clause so not overly concerned about what to do with Sessegnon. Like I said, having 3 young promising left backs is not a bad problem to have

Yeah I agree. Be nice to have Sessegnon in the team eventually given his quality and him being English.

Should have Sessegnon playing in the LW role, he has pace and he can finish. That left side would be deadly, interchanging with Reggie and a rapid counter attack option.
