Ah I see another Rashford bashing article.
Admittedly he didn't have a good game but he's got 14 goals in 29apps this season. Not shabby at all.
Martial has 5 goals in 22 and can do no wrong in the eyes of many of our fans. It really gets on my nerves.
There's no saying Cavani would have scored anyway. He missed 2 sitters in the last game at Burnley.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Your logic is pathetic. So Rashford is licenced to do whatever he chooses with the ball, on the ground that Cavani missed two chances in a previous game. If you apply that logic to Rashford who misses two sitters per game, then no one should pass the ball to him. A young player like Rashford should show Cavani some respect.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
My logic is pathetic?
We are top of the league largely down to Bruno n Rashford.
Rashford has 14 in 29 apps. Nearly a goal every 2 games.
Martial is averaging 1 every 4.5 games.
Cant you understand? Rashford will have bad games as he has been doing of late but he still pops up with big moments. Winner vs Wolves and cross for Pogba volley at Burnley.
Why are we trying to destroy our leading scorer this season? I don't get it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Those who overprotect Rashford are the ones destroying him.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Over protect? He's out leading scorer you moron.
Maybe if that sulky Frenchman could manage more goals than 5 in 22 then Rashford could be rested more. But he can't.
Rashford was rested at Westham. 2 nil down at half time and got battered. Brings him and Bruno on and we win.

he should have furckin passed it to Cavani.
We won have probably won if he did.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Bruno and Pogba should have scored too. What's your point?
Blaming the draw and not the 3pts on Rashford is incredibly stupid. None of the forwards played well at all.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The difference here is that Bruno & Pogba in those instances got into the right position and did the right thing - they hit the target. The finishes could have been better, but everyone misses chances and they weren't easy chances or an issue of poor decision making.
With Rashford, his impressive numbers are offset with some immensely frustrating play. There are aspects of his game that I think have regressed a bit from when he burst onto the scene and some that have improved (his overall output). He needs some proper coaching to get his overall game up a bit.
He's not the only one that needs to to improve aspects of their game by any means.
Rashford has been pretty shyyte for much of this season. He really can be frustrating as feck

But he is not beyond criticism or blame for his often bad decision making.
Just as any of the other players in the team (who it seems are fair game on here most of the time) when they play badly.

Yes his passing can improve but it's always been a weakness in his game.
Rashford just isn’t that good in fairness to him. If we want to get back to title winning ways he shouldn’t be more than a bench option.
In fairness to the act of selfishness in question, he probably thought he could do Fabinho for pace on the outside, which would’ve put him in a great position to miss yet another 1v1 in a crucial game.

It’s hard to be too critical of our 2nd most productive player but his over carrying of the ball and decision making is frustrating.
He did exactly the same late on against Wolves and got lucky.
With regards to Cavani other than the 2nd half against Southampton he’s been nothing more than decent.
