Robb, if you really want to mass debate over Saka you should probably tag this with the Arsenal board. They'll probably have some interesting opinions on whether they're a big club or not as well, get your 200 comments easy.

He’s a good young player. I think he’ll eventually move to City in a few years. Would be a good squad player for them.

There isn’t nearly enough doneing of videos going on nowadays.

I’m looking forward to lockdown being lifted mainly because I’m hoping we’ll be able to accompany Daffodil on his morning drive to work again.

I was thinking or actually speaking to Admin and getting a bit of a movement going with 'Zoom' debates that I could then upload to YouTube or something like that.

Get other teams' fans on board too, to create more engagement.

I am happy to debate people on Zoom.

He's a hidden gem that's played 22 times this season for one of the biggest clubs in the world.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sorry but Arsenal aren't a big club anymore. Simple.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Nonsense
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh dear. Arsenal are a big club?? No league title for 17 years, not been in UCL for about 5 years. Zero European Cups or even UEFA Cups. Never compete for the league or UCL spots seriously. Do I need to go on??
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh dear indeed. Where do they rank in English football then in terms of club-bigness (maybe the closest comparison)?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If Arsenal are a 'big club' then so are Aston Villa. End of story.

What top player signs for Arsenal if he wants to win things and compete?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Granit Xhaka
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Good one.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It is true. He joined Arsenal and has won trophies

this is the biggest WUM article going and one comment has proven that...

especially Arsenal with the way they're run by that American cowboy and the manner in which their superb fans are treated by him.

arsenal do not have superb fans.

they hounded out the best manager they ever had and boo their own players and thats before you start looking at the planks on here

Arsenal do have great fans. What Kroenke is doing to them is borderline sadistic. He doesn't give two sh*ts about Arsenal, the team, the fans or the results.

They were right to hound Wenger out, he was as stale as can be. Don't forget they fell way outside the top 4 under Wenger at the end and were a laughing stock.

Arsenal, like any fan base, have a lot of cuuuuunt fans. And the treatment of Wenger by some of them was a disgrace.

But it’s a fair point about the ownership. Kroenke is a facking leach, and has contributed to one of the great clubs in England becoming a laughing stock. He’s very much like the Glazers. We’ve just had more money to play with so it’s not been as bad.

Exactly however I do think under Wenger it got really bad and embarrassing at the end. They were right to want him out.

Of course they were, he should have gone years ago. But that doesn’t mean he deserved some of the abuse he got. Even though he contributed to their decline, he still deserved respect, which he didn’t get from a lot of fans.

I've read his autobiography and he literally doesn't address any of their decline at all, to the extent it wound me up!

I think the abuse he got was just due to things like social media and YouTube. It all spread like wildfire.
