Hopefully England will leave a lot of grass on the pitches when we play India in the summer. Unlikely since we tend to be more facilitating to the opposition

I think England should just stop playing cricket if they whinge every time a wicket isn't tailor made for Broad and Anderson...

I like how kholi post match interview was all about protecting the BCCI and putting the blame on the batsman.

They keep using the stat that 17 of the wickets were to straight balls but forgot to mention that the previous deliveries before taking a wicket were spinning to first and second slip

England wouldn't have the power to do that with India touring. Cricket is run by the BCCI.

BTW.

Have you noticed that when Test Cricket is on
terrestrial TV in the UK, people can become interested in it again.

Memo to the ECB.

That's why it's a real shame the game ended today. Free to air and on 9-4:30 everyday, but I can't imagine many who have never watched cricket before will be interested after that.

Doesn't help that it's usually on sky: which has lost so many sports events over the years that I only sign up for it via nowtv for the odd week here and there.

Let's be honest, we have all seen England bat on grassy pitches and they are almost just as bad. We have seen England knocked over for 150 on numerous occasions. Sadly the England batter bar Root and probably Stokes don't have the mental capacity to score Big runs.

Boss for a so called SA fan you seem obsessed with protecting India. Anyway India will be forced to play with 1 spinner to get 3 seamers into the 11., And England do well at home. Beaten India every time

posted on 25/2/21

The likes of Rohit will not be able to push forward with his bat close to the pad to dampen down the spin. he will knick off all the time in England. same with the rest of the Indian batting..

This pitch is an utter joke
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It dident turn that much..
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That's the problem though, one ball turns massively then the next ball in the exact same place doesn't
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes- would have been good to win the toss.....
