Hi Don
Really excited for this lad and hope he can get in the first XI next season be a star. Skipp, Hojbjerg, Ndombele is a balanced midfield 3.

I remember certain posters lambasted me when I was saying how good Skipp could be when he was getting the odd minutes at 17.

He’s going to be a great player, has the tenacity of Højbjerg and can ping a decent ball too.

Always loved watching him in the academy.

I only think Sandy called Skippo bang average. But nobody knows how good he could turn out. Young prospect though.

I have been following his progress. We can maybe extend his loan with them if they gain promotion.
He is probably use to a team playing on the front foot

I hope he continues to smash it at Norwich for the rest of season. Beefs up during the summer and is ready for us next season.

Still think we need a more physical CM at the moment to cover PEH. We cannot rely on him playing every game if we get deeper in the FA Cup and Ropey with weekly Prem games.

In ideal world we sign a CM this window. Sell Sissoko in the summer and bring Skipp back.

Not sure if 3rd season Jose would be the best time to blood him in

Comment there saying what a great job he does covering for their right back so sounds like he's the perfect sissoko replacement

If he could bring Aarons with him when he comes back that'd be nice.

Certainly an upgrade on Winks IMO πŸ‘

It'll be nice to see him come into the team and establish himself along with our other young British prospects - Tanganga, Sessegnon, Devine, Rodon etc.

For those who have seen him play a fair bit

Who can you compare him with? I’ve only seen bits and pieces.

Seen him a few times. Roy Keane when he was at Forest.

On second thoughts Keane was more of a box to box mid at Forest. More like Deschamps. That sort of ilk.

If I'm honest, I thought he looked awful for us but then he was only 18/19. I'm cautious these days to write anyone off because at that age, Kane looked like he wasn't cut out for it. Then look what happened. I might keep one eye on Norwich this season to see how he gets on but is he really that good? Genuine question as I don't know. I'm sure the same hype was given to Mason and Winks at one stage and one left us (before his horrific injury) and the other one can't get a game for us.

He did need games though, Skipp. Maybe now he's getting a run he's flourishing.

Fairplay. I like the fact he plays every game and hardly gets subbed off. Parrot on the other hand has been riddled with injuries but hopefully has turned a corner now.
