Arsenal looking good lately, much more solid. Us on the other hand a shambles. But at some point we will surely wake up and maybe this is the game, didn't we beat them earlier in the season as well?
Only change will be Neves in midfield I suspect though perhaps Traore for Podence another.

On Saiss and Ait-Nouri’s injuries
“We have Romain Saiss and Rayan [Ait-Nouri] both out, both with injuries, which is why we decided to go with Nelson [Semedo] on the left because we didn’t have neither Romain, Rayan, Marcal and Jonny – the players that normally play on the left were not available today.”
Wouldn’t be surprised to see Saiss reintroduced as the left wing back in this one. Certainly not his best position but at least Semedo could go back to his best position on the right
Neves will surely come in for Moutinho. Maybe Traore for Podence
Have to say Podence is becoming a frustration to me. Can be excellent on his day but there are too many games that just pass him by. Needs to become far more consistent and impose himself on games more
He tries to beat too many players, he has the skill but lacks the physicality.
I think we get a little excited by players like Podence because they are tricky and look quick. But he wasn't pulling up any trees in Greece either. He can be excellent but he also goes missing for long spells.
Expectation is that Cutrone will complete his loan to Valencia today. Sounds like there is no option to buy in the deal. So I guess he’ll be back here again in the summer
Great to see that Atletico Madrid are going to walk to the league title in Spain with Suarez leading the charge

I’ve got a bit of inside info on this from the same person who told me RAN was signed on the Friday.
Cutrone didn’t want to come back. At all. But he was done with Fiorentina so we were very much just a pit stop for him. His girlfriend stayed in Italy and when he was offered accommodation he refused them all on the basis he wanted somewhere that would accept dogs (as his girlfriend wouldn’t come without the dog!!)and he wanted a 2 week notice period. Obviously no landlord would go with this so he’s just been in a hotel. He knew he wasn’t staying.
Same person says Nuno has never really rated him or got on that well with him so this is of no surprise.
They’ve also said they’ll be surprised if Vitinha is here next season as it’s much the same with him. As in Nuno doesn’t rate... and seems reluctant to throw himself into the Wolves pack so to speak.
Rumour of Billy Gilmour on loan
Wolves have finally managed to offload Miranda who is joining a Turkish club I’ve never heard of on a free and permanent transfer
That info about Vitinha may explain him not celebrating his cup goal, seems a little petulant though
Although to be fair the guidance is that celebrations are curbed due to covid, although few seem to follow that guidance
I guess covid is the explanation but it does seem to have been the quietest transfer window football has had since these windows were invented
Terry Taylor (19) transferred to Burton Albion today on a two and a half year deal. Only had a brief appearance in an EFL Cup tie.
I think Glimour is more likely to go to Southampton.
Some suggestion maitland niles is available and baggies hotly tipped of all people. It's a shame wolves aren't looking again if so, given we wanted him just a few months ago. I'd have thought the situation isn't that different now - marcal can't be relied upon at left back, Ait-Nouri has been fine but personally not sure worth the permanent fee, and we'd benefit from another midfield option.
