Jose in or out ?

I wouldn't call myself "Jose in", because I never wanted him as our manager in the first place, but this season I was prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt.

However, I am very close to being "Jose out"! He has to win tonight to maintain my "support".

It has all the markings of a Jose third season come early.

In fact this whole season so far has been like the different stages of a Mourinho tenure.

Win our games in hand and we go 1 point behind 'on another planet' Liverpool. It's a shame we won't.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Liverpool are miles ahead of us mate. Stop being bitter Billy. They are on another planet compared to Spurs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Getting to within 1 point of the worst Liverpool team in a good few years isn't much of a pat on the back. They'll be lucky to finish top 4 themselves.

Liverpool will get top 4 mate. They played us off the park once again the other day. They will get their s** together eventually and are far too good a team to not not finish top 4. Unfortunately 4th is our only hope and even then I don’t think we are any better than Leicester or Everton

There's simply no way we're finishing in the top four Donny T.

The teams above us are better. Hell, I'm even including West Ham in that.

I think I'm stumbling into Jose out now

I cant help but think that under a fresh younger manager we'd look much better going forward

Having said that, id be happy to get Arry back and get the old band together again until the end of the season.

Reckon we'd fly with Arry for half a season until we find out longterm next gaffer
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I really hope this happens. I was an admirer of SPurs and Arry during his time there. I he was dealt with a bit harshly by Levy.

You would think they will but this season is a weird one. Still opportunities for a team outside the usual 6, as well as Chelsea.

liverpool this season are a weird one, some shock results in there which have come by with rotation and injuries.

majority of their wins they have looked really impressive, so to say theyve been poor is a bit of a fetch, as anything seems poor compared to last two seasons where they were phenomenal.

they'll finish top 3. the season is mental this year, its as good a chance as any for a everton or west ham to break into the top 5 as they are at the mo.

spurs as shown earlier season would be up there if they had more consistency in them but for 2 months now its has been awful. 3 league wins is a disaster in the current volatility of the league.

So I think I counted 1 in?

I know this is a small catchment area of Spurs fans but surely mr levy has an incline of how we all feel

You would like to think so anyway

yeah chelsea, west ham, everton all there. liverpool always gonna be there or there abouts.

City, United and Leicester 3 best teams at present.

shows its not all doom and gloom as easily could nick points along the way and finish anywhere between 9th and 4th

West Ham and Everton won't have the congestion of fixtures either which could help.

Chelsea, ourselves, Arsenal, and Liverpool have all struggled this season. That leaves opportunities for others and West Ham and Everton probably have the best teams they've had in a good while.

I agree with you mate if I’m going to be honest

I’ve said it a few times on here but I still don’t get how it’s all gone so wrong so quickly. There was so much optimism six weeks ago, I was firmly onboard the Jose bus. Since that Leicester game we’ve been horrendous and just showing zero invention or creativity. I wonder how much the Dele situation is affecting the other players.

For me Jose has a very clear choice - change his approach and start playing football that might win games, with attacking intent, and try to get the fans and players back on side. Or carry on as he has done setting up for 1-0 then not knowing what to do when that doesn’t work and alienate everyone whilst limping to a sixth place finish.

Tonight’s game is absolutely massive - more than anything it should tell us whether the players are fighting for him or not.

Imagine Mourinho coming in to be the one to finally win us a trophy and instead the legacy he leaves behind is that he's the first Spurs manager to finish behind West Ham.

Jose out from me Don, I had a mad spell at the beginning of the season and was happy winning games even if it was poor to watch. The last couple of months have taken the pizz.

I'm holding on to EL success, don't think we are good enough but we are getting good draws this year and it's a comp Jose always wins so who knows. His future could hinge on that.

Just looking at the way we are playing, it's hard to make an argument against Jose out.
However, we're in touching distance of top 4,in a cup final, and in the next round of the other 2 Cup competitions.
Just looking at that, it depends what Levy is hearing from key players (Kane/Lloris) about the state of the dressing room about if we can carry on and turn it around.

From Levy, he must have the feelers out about potential replacements. There aren't a huge amount of caretaker managers out there that would fill us with confidence, so has to depend on which permanent managers we could guarantee getting.

We've shown under Mourhino we're capable of playing attacking football, so either he has show capable of getting back to that, or to continue to lose while creating nothing will not see him last much longer.

When we appointed him I was Jose out.
When we were top of the league playing awful football I was Jose out.
Now he’s being found out. JOSE OUT!!
