I think Arteta is a quality young manager and will be a top manager in the future. Perhaps this job was too soon for him but now we have him i want us to put our faith in him and show some patience.
Its a project and we will go through some tough periods. We are in a big transition now and even if we get a new manager in these periods will happen cause we are changing our squad around.
Even if he isn't the right manager I'd rather get the next manager in with a ready made squad to reap the benefits of the squad arteta helped build

What makes you think he can do any better next season? I fear that ever since we gave him the title of manager, we knew internally that he could not coach. Thats why we lack attacking intent. Playing attacking football requires more than selecting attacking players. You need to build attacking schemes in training and even our set pieces have gone backwards.
Arteta has been lucky there has been no crowd. With no money without European football what is going to change? Nobody has spent this season apart from Chelsea and us! Teams are actually weaker. Thats why we get so many odd results. If Arteta cannot win against weakened opposition what happens when the pandemic ends in the summer and every club opens their cheque book apart from us?

Don't get me started on set pieces! Saka..I love the kid...probably my player for the season for us. However...his delivery from corners is abysmal. He either can't beat the first man or over hits it. So tell me...why is he still taking corners?? ARTETA you fack...why do you keep him on set pieces?? And if he is the best we have for corners, then we are in serious trouble. What do they do in training? I seriously don't have any hope for our set pieces. Unlike when I watch Ward-Prowse or Fernandes...then two can put the ball where they want it and more often than not, it causes havoc for the defence. If I was an Arsenal CB, I would not jog the 80 yard up for a corner. Pointless.
I am officially Arteta Out
