Yes it's a potential banana skin tonight. Probably a hard bumpy pitch too that won't suit us. I'm thinking we may lose tonight but I'll say 1-1. Richards or Oke to score.
I missed Curtis but then he always did miss for us!
I take a scruffy 1 nil win, or rather by 2 goals, as if Hull beat Lincoln 1 goal we could go top.
Alas its rovers we're talking about, so anything goes 😂
Yes, could be a difficult one tonight. Fleetwood1-2 Rovers. John with the first goal. Okenabihrie with the first goal. Fingers crossed!
Crazy: I am paying attention for once. John or Okenabirhie?
With Richards and Taylor on the bench, where are the early goals to come from? I'll still stick with the score I was thinking of yesterday with a 2-1 win to the Rovers. With too many unknowns, I'll say Okenabirhie to get the first.
Unfortunately, I'm going to miss much of the game because of other commitments, so will rely on you to give me the true low down!
Fleetwood 1-2 Rovers
Okenabirhie to score.
C'mon Rovers ⚽⚽
Stay warm everyone👍
Hi Donaldo, sorry. Okenabihrie.
Rovers deserved to lose tonight. The team selected was not strong enough and the much-vaunted Bostock was not the fulcrum of power we had been led to believe and did not even seem to want to put himself out.
John was even more careless than usual and Okenabirhie was almost without value.
The midfielders (with the exception of Smith) were either not good enough as in Robertson’s case or only operating in occasional bursts.
Moore underestimated the opposition, picked a weak 11 and again failed to instil the need in them to work hard.
Lokilo’s goal was good and I won’t criticise his efforts, because he did commit as did the back line and Balcombe.
As the season has progressed the energy levels of the midfield and attack have progressively reduced.
