Saka cannot keep bailing this manager game after game, the poor lad will become disabled by age 22nd playing at this rate.
Arteta was very very lucky tonight. He is making exactly the same mistakes as Emery. Poor man-management, team selection and tactics. Definitely needs to be replaced in the summer.
There are still 39 points to play for in the league and we are 6 points off of Liverpool and Everton who are on 40 points although Everton have played a game less.
Would be nuts to chuck the league in, especially given that we still have matches to play against some of the teams above us so those will metaphorically be 6-pointers.

Our chance to rest him was Man City and given the defeatist mentality we went out there with, the other rotations and that we had little chance of anything more than a point against them we should have taken it and just brought him on for the last 20-25 minutes if it was worth it.
I don't see Saka getting a rest for any games now, Arteta's chances of improving the conclusions people will draw about this season rest heavily on his shoulders.
We're Bukayo Saka FC now.
Take him out, even for one game, and we're facked.
