I’m glad we finally have a good player again to make annoyin article like this. Small price to pay but 100% worth it

I like Sanco and Foden too very highly talented ballers however, Saka is a joy to watch and will win the Euro for England hands down.

Players like Kane and Lewin will love his assists and intelligence in the final third. Just look what he did yesterday ffs amazing cross and assist on the plate for Auba.

They are all versatile. Sancho can play successfully on either wing or as a no.10. Foden has performed as a no.8 or on either wing too.

All 3 will be selected

What they’ve done so far in their careers it goes:
Sancho
Saka
Foden

In terms of potential i reckon it goes:
Foden
Saka
Sancho

So my answer is - Foden

How much time you got?

To answer the OP

I couldn't care less, just not Saka. I want Southgate leaving him the feck alone. We've already got Arteta overplaying him that much it'll be a miracle if he doesn't get injured anyway. The last thing we need is him having to play additional international games as well. He's 18, plenty of time for him to make international appearances. Also a far better chance of him making plenty of them for years, if he doesn't get his career cut short or constantly interrupted by injury. Due to being overplayed early in his senior career, ya know just like every single other one of the most talented youngsters to come through AFC in the last 20 years.

Foden's trophy cabinet already puts most seasoned professionals to shame, so not sure why Saka has done more than him? Seems an odd claim.

All undoubtedly very talented, but Foden is a level above both. Will be central to any success England have during his career.

I’m guessing it got lots of 1 s because it’s awful

Ideally all 3 have to go and be worked into a system where at least 2 can start. All 3 of them are among England’s brightest talents at the moment. England have got a pretty good squad at the moment and should aim to go far in the euros, just the defence which will be a weak point, and or whether Southgate can actually figure out a system to get best out of the squad

Probably cause he plays, wait for it, a stacked team? Stick him in another team and let's see if he can have the same impact. Foden is a good player. But he's ridiculously overrated. No surprises there though. Heard idiots actually call him a "generational talent."

Right now I would take Foden, I think he's had the better season of all of them. He has 11 goals in 31, Saka only has 6 in 31. Plus he has 2 goals in 3 England appearances.

Might change between now and the end of the season though.

Trusted to play key roles in a stacked team by a manager who has developed some of the best players in recent memory. Saka very good player, but hasn't achieved nearly as much, and his team is 11th. Not exactly pulling them up by himself, is he?

Foden comfortably better right now.

posted on 27/2/21

Don’t want to be drawn into debating who’s better than who. However, using ‘[Foden] has 11 goals in 31, Saka only has 6 in 31‘ and ‘and his team is 11th’ as an argument either way, is reductive to a point that would embarrass even Garth Crooks.

Saka has been the best player for Arsenal this season and been their go to man. Using stats to separate them when one plays for a far superior side is silly.

Proving my point exactly. The foden hype is on overdrive. Seen plenty of players like him over the years. Nothing special at all.
