Harry Kane may well have waited too long to move...he's being compared price-wise with Haaland now-a-days.
But I'll bet his agents are having words in his ear and out looking for deals.
Same with H-M Son, who's contract is up for renewal.
Win nothing this season....... and I'll take a bet with you on neither of them being in next season's squad.

Yeah benefit of hindsight init. But it's not like we paid pennies for someone who wasn't rated.. and he's got enough about him to be a top player for us for years.

And yeah I agree. That lot really should've won something. That's kind of my point. Levy delivered that, it's not his fault they didn't win anything.

Spurs have been super unlucky with the timing of no fans just after they've built a new stadium. All teams obviously felt a huge impact but getting the bill for a stadoum and not being able to put fans in it is a nightmare scenario. Will have an impact I'm sure unfortunately
----------------------------------------------------------------------

One whole year out, will not not make that much difference to the sort of money the stadium will generate over the next 50 years or so.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well may be worth writing another letter to Levy to let him to not worry about the loan payments πŸ˜…
----------------------------------------------------------------------

The loan payments will probably have been put on hold for a year, like all other businesses in the country, payments would have been deferred in the wake of the pandemic. I am sure Daniel Levy didn`t get where he was today, without knowing the ins and outs of financial dealings.

I assume those with house mortgages can if they so wish come up with a plan for deferred payments with their banks, or whoever their mortgage compny is. It will be no different for other businesses.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well Google tells me Levy says the stadium closure has cost spurs 150 million, and that the losses are something no one could prepare for. Unfortunately loans on a billion pound stadium don't quite work like someone remortgaging their house πŸ˜… it's definitely had a huge impact, according to Levy.

I would like to listen in on the conversation between Levy and the banks on loan payment deferral!

Exactly my thoughts πŸ˜…
I'm pretty sure it's anything but straight forward and nothing like a mortgage referral.
