What charges by the women have been identified as “false”?

They aren't false charges, they just wasnt enough evidence to secure a conviction in court. I remember watching that '24 hours in police custody' last year or so and I'm sure it was something like 12% of all sexual assault charges ever result in a court case, of which 43% end up in a conviction.

It's a monumental challenge tryong to bring abusers to account.

And, though I didn't watch much of today I did pick up that the 2 women that were the complainants in 'this' failed exercise under investigation were NOT part of the group of women that formed the 13 charges he was cleared of. It was about the only I learned today - oh, and that Mitchell woman is utterly dreadful. Fabiani anaw. Proper Stoneybridge stuff.
