Ath hope you're doing as well as can be mate. Very different situation but I lost my partner to cancer some years ago and it fvcked me up for a long time. Make sure to talk to people, anyone, whenever you need to, even if you don't want to. Don't feel like you need to be all stoic and "be strong for other people" or any of that shiiite.
