BBC interview was pretty thorough particularly the analyst who spoke after. I would welcome his appointment if the club are looking to restructure along the lines he has worked in to even be talked about.
Given we are about to have a director of football for the first time( think Dalglish may of had something akin to such briefly with Barnes, kind of sad we had actually looked at such back when it was a fresh idea but abandoned it and now looking to play catchup decades later.)

Jesse Marsch has many contacts in Scotland as that is where he achieved his Continental Pro License. He said it is difficult for an American coach to get a Pro License, but he managed to get his in Scotland.
