Tbh it could have been a lot worse for him, I thought AcL at first which could have been 9 months.

Very concerned about KT's injury record, destined to be another Diaby

Wouldn’t hold out tremendous hope he’ll play again this season, given he’ll need to get match fit as well. Seems not getting LB cover in January wasn’t a great idea

"Arsenal have eased fears over Kieran Tierney's availability for Euro 2020 by confirming the Scotland defender does not require knee surgery."

He's gonna miss the rest of the season for us, the club's that's paying him

Then play every minute for Scotland and get injured again

Can’t blame Scotland for picking him they aren’t exactly blessed with options. However Artetas management of him has been terrible. Played him in a needless fa Cup tie that went to extra time and pens gets injured in the next game. Plays him against l’pool after playing all 3 ties for Scotland when Slavia is the much bigger game for us. I don’t get his game management with players, he’s overplayed Saka aswell.

Wtf left back I’d like the one position they are “blessed with”

I'm a bit tired of Tierney's injury problems to be honest. I was wary of his injury record coming to the club and hoped he'd prove the fears unfounded.

Tierney played 33 games for Arsenal this season hardly an injury prone mess.

Lets be honest both his injuries this season could have been avoided.

1st main injury - Guy was running on fumes and clever clogs Arteta decided to play him in an FA Cup game against Newcastle when every knew he should have been rested.

2nd Injury against Pool - Guy played 3 games in a week for Scotland. Alarm bells should have defo been ringing for this one and injury could have been avoided imo.

KT Looks like a player who wants to play every game but sometimes the manager should say NO. Unless the player is bullet proof with injuries then you should surely look to rotate.

KT has been overplayed both in number of games but also in actual gameplay. All season Arteta's sole strategy has been "Hoof/Slide it into the corner for Tierney to sprint onto, run it to the byline and cross it. Whilst also insisting we be completely defensive outside of that. Every game he's played in, he's been made to full sprint the length of the pitch up and down all game. Although that's essentially a WB/FBs job, he's not supposed to have to do it for 9 out of 10 attacks. Since the right side of pitch isn't used much, Tierney never gets a break in-game.

Barr his first freak injury, they've all been easily avoidable to anyone paying attention. Everyone should just be thankful it wasn't an ACL or similarly bad and focus on praying for the long-term health of Saka and ESR because Arteta either doesn't know or doesn't care when a player needs to be rested. It's a bloody miracle that he hasn't proper crocked Saka yet already.

I have brought this up before and people on here shot me down saying Saka should just keep playing etc. Arteta's rotation suuuuuucks. He rotates areas he should not and runs other players into the ground. Couple that with playing his favourites regardless of form (Bellerin, Willian, Auba now) and I want to pull my hair out.
