Depends if top 4 would mean Jose stays
We’ve had top 4 a number of times recently. But a trophy has eluded us for 13 years.
So I’m voting for the trophy

I think he’ll be gone next season, and we’ve got more of getting a better manager in if we’re in the UCL than if we’ve won the LC....

For what purpose though? A number of our players have won trophies elsewhere, and when we won the LC in 99 and 08 it did nothing for us - in fact we cemented ourselves as mid table for a number of years after, especially in 99. Took three years from 08 for us to get top four
If Jose is gone regardless than I'd prefer top 4 I think
If getting top 4 would buy Jose another season than the league cup
LC win for me.
Gets that trophy win most crave and Jose can leave with his winning mentality.
Top 4 will see Jose stay and us continue in this limbo

I couldn`t care less what players have won elsewhere. This is about the club and the supporters. A trophy is a must.

Problem for me is under the current management, without top four I just see us regressing to mid table, cup win or no cup win - we need top four for the immediate future of the club
