I'm pretty sure he'll see out his career without killing someone on the pitch.

For anyone that doubted if this guy is a wum or not, this settles it

don't think we have to worry about him killing anyone but the tweet isn't really inspiring. he got a red card that didn't exactly help his brothers out.

Clutching at straws to find something negative Donn?

I'm not rising to The Donn's bait on that one - but we do have to talk about Liam.

I think he was very unfortunate with the final decision but I wonder whether he was panicking when he made the clearance? It's this that makes me question further whether he is truly a PL standard CB.

Beglin made the interesting point that it was Koch who was the most vocal of the three CBs during the second half siege Man City mounted. Maybe he is future captain material?

I'm still pinching myself this morning. What a result! I don't buy that Guardiola's decision to make so many changes had anything to do with it. We shut them out through some magnificently tight and resolute defending and stole it with a purely brilliant counter. Bielsaball it was not - but that's what makes it all the more brilliant.

Cooper has had a brilliant season. Some fans choose not to see this.

But if his form does ever drop or he does start to struggle then we play Struijk. Cooper is the not a concern.

I did mention this on another thread yesterday. Not the best tweet Coops will ever make and it might land him in hot water with the PL/FA.

Frustrated at the injustice of it all but he has to be a bigger man than that.

we have two pairs of cb's. almost an embarrassment of riches. we addressed the main problem brilliantly in the summer.
a couple of smart buys this summer and we'll be ready to push on next year.
when you have a manager like bielsa you don't hear the fans complaining about the team not having funds to compete.

sing along.................

How sweet to be an Idiot,
As harmless as a cloud,
Too small to hide the sun
Almost poking fun,
At the warm but insecure untidy crowd.
How sweet to be an idiot,
And dip my brain in joy,
Children laughing at my back,
With no fear of attack,
As much retaliation as a toy.
How sweet to be an idiot, how sweet.
I tiptoe down the street,
Smile at everyone I meet,
But suddenly a scream,
Smashes through my dream,
Fie fye foe fum,
I smell the blood of an asylum,
(Blood of an asylum,
But mother I play so beautifully, listen. ha ha)
Fie fye foe fum,
I smell the blood of the asylum,
Hey you, you're such a pedant,
You got as much brain as a dead ant,
As much imagination as a caravan sign.
But I still love you, still love you,
Oh how sweet to be an idiot,
How sweet. how sweet. How sweet.

So he will be out against Liverpool, Man Utd and Brighton, like Thedong, I have been questioning his future, not because I think he has been out of order but as we are very strong at Centre Back can see others establishing themselves. Cooper and Struijk cover the same position, Pascal was solid and a couple of good displays (against Liverpool and Man U) could see him cement that position.
Red cards have been a rarity under Bielsa, I think it is because you are much more likely to commit a red card foul if the opposition is controlling the ball, Cooper's red card was the direct result of City's control. Bielsaball has not only improved the quality of football but our disciplinary record.
