Dier has got bigger, his mobility isn't there.

I agree with what Ace says except the but about Diers long passing which has been actually abysmal this season.

Both need to be sold and are marketable for 15m or more.

Although I don't think getting in 2 CBs is realistic so I would personally keep sanchez out of the two, but say we get a good offer for him early doors then you take that.

I think Sanchez can improve under a good manager that improves players. Dier is average no matter what.

This question is like asking if you would rather have your d*ck chopped off or your balls crushed.

I feel like we’ve never seen Sanchez have a ‘great game’. His best games have been where at the end you go “phew, he didn’t F anything up”. Dier has had some genuinely excellent games for us, scattered in between the terrible and average ones.

Sanchez reminds me of when we had Anthony Gardener at CB. I’d just want scream “get rid of it” every time he had the ball at his feet. Can’t be trusted.

So for me I’d just about pick Dier. Also he’s more versatile, being equally uncomfortable at CB and CDM.

I think both have been given ample time to proove themselves.

Sanchez had shown some far more steady form of late and then in a key game vs NUFC he puts it one of the worst performances of his Spurs career, so incredibly poor on the ball, clearing the ball, trying to pass. It undid all his 'progress' over the last few weeks and when a player has a performance in him like that you know you can never trust him.

Dier he has some qualities at the back but for me his mobility or lack of it is the biggest issue. I think its wrong to label him an oaf as he is ok on the ball, but his physique is now just too muscular. He's a heavy weight which is not what you need in the modern game.

I'd probably pick him over Sanchez as his leadership qualities are much better and he's more versatile and can pass but i have come to the end of the road with both of them, as i have with many players and the manager.

We need to hit the re-set button and while this may see the loss of some of our stars, we've won nothing with them so far and an expensive rebuild is needed.

Dier or Sanchez?

or Chlamydia or The Clap?

The latter can't be as painful as watching those two. It's a pain that won't go away.

Dislikable

Yeah, I was never sold on his hard nut routine. He also talks like he's just been hit on the nose. No reason to dislike the lad though granted.

Didn't United try and buy Dier in 2017 for about £50m?

I wonder how that would have panned out.

Yeah £40m I think. I bet Levy is kicking himself for that one

I think Dier is better tbh

They're both gash and neither is home grown. Should cut losses and get one good CB instead.

We will only replace them with more donkeys. I heard Boateng from Bayern is now being linked. Another error prone defender. He will fit nicely in.
