Does any of this really matter ?

I mean, we all know what is going to happen.

Start ok, hold them for about 10, maybe 15 minutes, then first defensive mistake, probably following loosing possession cheaply in midfield. 1-0 City.

75% of the team give up, and by half time we are 3-0 down.

Kane will disappear from the get go, as is usual in a big game. Son will run around a lot but achieve nothing. The defense will be, well what they usually are. With the midfield leaving us wondering if Jose actually fielded one for this game.

The day will end with City having a wonderful day out "down south" and the media will have their usual field day over Spurs for the next few days / weeks.

Sound about right ?

Who wants to sit through that, by actually being there.

Sandy your sock accounts are so obvious, you're the only spurs fan who slags off Kane...........
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You think he will actually turn up this time and win us the cup ?
We'll see. Sorry, but the guy has disappointed too many times in games that matter.
And the phrase "no player is bigger than the team" well that's probably one of Spurs biggest problem. Kane is.

Firstly glad to see youre not even bothering trying to deny that you're Sandy, well done. Do you actually enjoy making a total fool of yourself daily on here?

I'm not even going to apply. Football is dross and I can only see an embarrassing performance and result.

The atmosphere at Wembley would be absolutely comical too.

We have a final between teams who both have fans who always expect a way for their team to foul up in a Typical City/Typical Spurs way. Despite recent success and the 93.20 moment, most City fans are old enough to have had far more disappointment than success and have become somewhat expectant of that. Spurs fans obviously expect the same!

struggling to give a crap about this final, or about spurs at the moment. feel so disconnected. the club i recognize has gone completely. no soul. no identity. even if we win (which we almost certainly wont), it will hardly overshadow a terrible, terrible season.

genuinely think a 3 or 4 nil city win is a more likely scoreline than any spurs win scoreline

even when i was growing up watching spurs in 90s and we were relegation battlers half the time, at least we had a soul, a style of play, players that tried (just weren't very good, apart from the obvious standouts).

right now, from what i can see we have a manager who has facked up everything poch built, and we have a group of inconsistent players who continue to under perform, and seem to have no sense of professional pride (apart from the obvious exceptions)

I want the Looters to win this cup, so Moureen can stay for another decade

Be interesting to see whether they can mess this up

All spurs fans should give up their tickets to Man City supporters.. instead of watching their dreadful team for 90mins

The youngest City fan I know to get a ticket is 56.

They'll all be moaning about the weather and going to the bogs every 10 minutes.
