Winning trophies doesn't necessarily mean you are a good coach, is Gerrard a coach or someone who just lucked out?
If Kent can improve under Gerrard type coaching just imagine how far he can progress under someone who actually knows how to do the job properly.

i doubt klopp would have leeds midtable pl after 3 years. so thats 1 less trophy than bielsa.

I'm taking nothing from Bielsa. I've said on here if Klopp walked I'd take Bielsa as our next manager.
Klopp is also a fantastic manager and coach who makes players better along with building a winning mentality. I'd wager Klopp would have Leeds where they are now if he'd taken over when Bielsa did.

Michael Beale is the coach, Gerrard doesn’t do the coaching so you don’t know what you’re talking about.

And someone said can be play as a striker. No he can’t and he wouldn’t be good at it it doesn’t suit his strengths
