TUPE or not TUPE - that is the question...

Another question is why that fella with the shoulder injury limped off?

It's like phoning in sick with a bad back but still making your voice croaky as if you have a cold

Btw what's the score with Ajeti?

This is a guy who cost £5m and is hardly seen.

I have honestly never seen someone look as raging to be coming on as he was yesterday. Kennedy was talking to him and he was just making faces. It was as if it was an insult to be coming on with 2 mins to go and after Griffiths had been thrown on.

Bizarre btw. Tbf to him the first month or so he was in the team he looked a very good signing until he got injured due to how unfit he was when he came in(another case of mismanagement from the club) like the rest of them winter onwards I think they all just detested Lennon and the bad feeling has really set in and became rotten. A new manager could easily get a lift out a player like that
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Yeah that's what's weird. He started well enough with goals and then missed the first OF due to an injury and just never seemed to appear again for months.

Then when he did appear he did ok again and Lennon singled him out for praise, then he disappears again.

Must be an attitude or something going on, there were some stories about that from his time at West Ham so maybe he's just a difficult character.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

He is probably one of many who had high expectations for this season and coming off the back of another treble is it much wonder.

They just didn’t sense the lack of direction, focus and professionalism throughout the management team that frittered away all the hard work put in previously until it was way too late.

And for that, I lay the blame squarely and 100% at the doors of the owner and the board. Right through to Desmond with his pathetic Irish piish in thinking Lennon even had the mental ability to cope with managing this huge club when taking into account the type of person he is. He was just never equipped to deal with it.

It was akin to putting a sufferer of epileptic fits in charge of bomb detonations.

Got fired twice for that

Not sure what Celtic das you are referring to Magnum but he was brought in as a centre forward and the first few games were very promising, scoring the exact type of goals you would want and his link up was very good also. Looks like a petulant boy and that's been part of the problem. Biggest issue is Lennon this season though

Could have written the script for Soro btw, bombed out because Lennon/Kennedy desp to play an underperforming Brown all the time, when he did get a run he was excellent and predictably when he inevitably had one under par game they use it as an excuse to drop him immediately and bring Brown back in. Very poor management.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

1 bad games gets you dropped, unless you are scottish of course and one of the boys then you can be as phish as you like for 10 games.

None more typical than dropping Taylor who had a really good game last week for Laxalt.

Just proving with that one stroke of idiocy as to why Kennedy isn’t a manager.

Yeah think Spurs will and should look to Rodgers. Would make sense.

Don't see Gerrard having any interest in that job with the whole super league thing.

I've seen people on here saying that he's exactly the type pf striker we need...rubbish like that.

He was ridiculously over weight when he arrived. Could hardly walk never mind run.

I never thought he was promising in any way. Seems that some people did.

Turns out I was right.

Make no mistake the board were 100% hoping Kennedy would rack up a few wins and win the cup so they could justify giving him the job full time. That was the plan

FWIW - thought celtic played some decent/good football at times yesterday.

The missed chances absolutely seemed to be about a lack of confidence.

Edouard's miss in front of goal reminded me of Morelos' miss.

When your playing well and confident these things seem to go your way - the opposite is true too I reckon.

I’m led to believe he asked for it a few weeks ago and was told in no uncertain terms it wasn’t happening

Does yer new top man no start the day Bhoys?

He came in unfit definitely, that was the clubs fault. Spending that type of money we needed it to be right. I'm basing it on what I say that first month, to me he looked a good signing. Since then though I don't know what's happened

Yeah the talk around Kennedy getting the job from some of the connected journos and pundits in the last couple of weeks was interesting. Almost like they were planting a seed.

Struggled to justify it tbh, he has had 5 games of which he won 3 (one against Falkirk) and drew 2. Hardly the sort of stuff that would get him the job.

ajeti unfit when he comes in and as per usual we had no time to get him fit before the season started as it took us a month to do the deal.

Goalkeeper is huge, no doubt we've missed the presence of Forster. We've also badly missed Jullien this season, another guy who yes, isn't perfect but he'll be right in about everything and make himself known. So many passengers in that team yesterday willing to go through the motions. For me, Christie, Eddy and McGregor the main culprits. Kenny and Laxalt are just shiite. Brown also looked way off the pace thank fck he's no staying.
