The whole point of the competition was that there was a consistent product to sell the sponsers and thus attract a higher value.
Money would leave the competition if Leicester replaced United and Sevilla snuck in at the expense of madrid, and both losing £350m a year would go bust.
The idea will come back if Barca end up bust, whilst I'm not opposed to the idea as you have laid it out, there also has to be an acknowledgement that football is a business, and your proposal would jeopardize the existence of all team competing.. either those trying to win a permanent spot, or those who lost one

Leicester are like that large pimple on your face, a minor inconvenience but if you apply enough pressure it bursts and disappears.
One fluke PL gifted by the officials, Vardys diving along
with Morgan and Huths rugby tackling won't change that.

Great side, Leicester, really impressed with how Rodgers had brought them on. If they finish second or third this year it's no less than they deserve.
Neville is also good friends with Petr Lim ( Valencia's Owner) who is destroying the club and are kind of in the same situation as United but much worse, i wonder if he has the same energy for his owner friend
