I doubt Penited are prepared to cough up a world record fee, which is what Levy will demand. Levy has a lot of faults, but he will get top dollar for his players.
I'm not even sure Levy would deal with Penited again, at any price, after the way they tapped up Berbatov. Its been a long time since he has sold to them, despite them trying.
I can't see Kane wanting to take a sideways step either, the only difference between United and Sours is a plethora of gifted penalties and refereeing favouritism. I doubt he would want to go and play under the hobbit either.
United are not the draw they once were, the only English club that could take Kane is City, even if he was for sale, which he won't be this summer.

Billy's ace. Can we keep him?
Cant see why he wouldn't go
Hi Billy 👋
Remember when Son rolled around on the floor for 3 minutes like a pansy to get a legitimate goal ruled out? And you still lost?
That was funny.
We saw what happened with their pursuit of Sancho last summer, from Dortmund a team well used to selling players. Levy also sells, but usually only on Levy's terms and with three years left on his contract those terms may well be out of reach, especially after their expect huge losses and increasing debt.

i'm glad i have an answer to my recent question about whether billy types out penited (and penandes, livarpool etc) every time, or has various keyboard shortcuts
you do indeed learn something every day
Times have changed, you are not guaranteed the biggest trophies at Penchester Utd anymore, only at City are you guaranteed the top trophies, the only thing guaranteed at United is 15+ penalties and the benefit of doubt from the officials every season.
Credit to Billy here, though, he's right. No-ones paying £150m for a 28 year old with glass ankles after the pandemic season. Spurs player next year, probably not because he wants to be.
I really should have a word with myself....... for switching on Talkshiete
Pretty obvious that Billy is someone else's sock account. He's so used to saying "sours" on his other account that he forgot to avoid using it on this one
Imagine if Levy did sell Kane to United, there would be mass uproar from the fans and a drop of in ticket sales etc. Levy is already on thin ice with the fans and you would think he is not stupid enough to sell Mr Tottenham to a PL rival.
Nothing points to it happening, which seems completely lost on Talkshiete and mugs like Roy Keane.

The fact you refer to United as Penited ruins any argument you're trying to make, no one takes children seriously mate.
