I reckon even Jose could win a trophy in Italy. Ashley Young just won the league.
It didn't take him long to find a new club did it. His style of play may be more suited to the Italian league at this time.

He should have gone to Palace. Anyone that fails to win trophies at Spurs is no better than the Palace job.
He`ll probably do alright at Roma, he won`t have the misery of ENIC`s lack of ambition dragging him down, which will mean it will not turn toxic so quickly. There is less chance he will resort to scapegoating players at a team that has proper ambition, because the results should invariably be better.
Jose fast becoming one of those Alan Pardew/Marco Silva type managers that somehow continue to get jobs no matter how many clubs they have failed at.
