Personally think the ref was pretty poor, and his handling of the game led to both sides losing their cool at times in the game.

Yes, and it went to VAR and was overruled - that's how the game is supposed to work - duh...👀

Should have red carded Verrati and Kimpembe tbh.

I agree. Seemingly had no idea what the handball rule was either.

some loose statements as if reffing a game with players diving and asking for cards is easy. Ref was brilliant.

Players dive and ask for cards every single game. He didn't deal with it at all. He made some baffling calls at time, which only increase the players temperatures. And a few lost their cool - not just PSG players.

The players make it as difficult as possible with their simulations (particularly PSG in this game), the right decisions were reached and the referee didn't succumb to PSG bullying - the armchair quarterbacks criticising him here are just clueless. 🤦‍♂️

Some PSG players had a clear game plan to dive and request cards from the first minute. Then petulent and lose their heads in both legs and you think its an easy game to Ref. Go to bed

So Di Mria lost his cool because of the ref. Guy made two dives in the first 7 minutes and ref ignored him then its okay for that toser to lose his cool because of the ref.

let his team down and he actually lost his cool early in the game and messed up some moves in the final third a lot.

Ref was brilliant. Give that to an english official and see a poor performance.

Zivechenko lost his head, Foden lost his head, all because of the ref. KdB lost his cool.
"guy made two dives" yet didn't get booked Ref such a strong figure.

Only gave one yellow in the first 68 minutes, when the game was getting very heated. Then had to send off one and book others (your players) as the game went out of his control.

Would love to see PSG get drawn against Sheffield Utd or Burnley

Great win for City. The Ref. was definitely forced to make the "incorrect" penalty call by the PSG players. It was a terrible call.

The pitch in the first half was a disgrace. City grounds crew needed more time to get it prepared. Perhaps the Ref. could have given them 30 mins. to get the job done? Pitch looked much better in the second half.

Again, a great night for City, their fans and the PL!
