Locked-up (preferably the whole Derby team) would be a better description

Surprising isn't it that not all owls are nocturnal. I see many during the day, Burrowing owl the big daytime funster but not uncommon to see a Great Horned or Barn Owl chilling in the trees or a Western Screech Owl poking his head out of a cactus. The real good stuff is in the south of the state with the tiny Elf owls and Pygmy owls, fun little fellas to watch. Anyway, enough of my analysis, look forward to hearing others.

The Great Grey Owl give me a good game of stares during the day.

I mean he could have been doing the same at night as well I guess.

We are not worthy Wellies. So interesting to think through the permutations. Will it all come down to who does their job properly at a set piece though?

I have always been a big admirer of Bannan and I also had thought that putting Knight on him man-to-man might tip the balance, IF Knight didn't get too hot-headed about it and pick up an early yellow.

No, though. Catering for the opposition has got us nowhere. This isn't a Billy Davies team, drilled to within an inch of its life, where the odds favour keeping 'em at bay and trying to nick one. At nil-nil and twenty to go I cannot stand it because I know we will concede, somehow.

We must score. If we take the lead Wednesday need two and in their hearts they will doubt they can do it. Pick a team to score.

One of my favourite Owl moments was with a Great Grey Owl in upstate New York. He came within ten feet of the car hopping post to post, just me and said owl, spent about an hour up close and personal. Another daytime owl.

A good horse jumps as high as it needs to Vidals.

I think if we concentrate we're more likely to score from open play than Wednesday. I like (relatively speaking) your team though and wouldn't lose my Grey Owl if we started with it. It was more the way the 4-3-3 nullified them that turned my head. Think it could end up with Bannan pushing us back would be my only worry.

Who knows though, I'd sooner be playing Sheff than Wycombe or Rotherham. .

Good morning everyone, the heavens have opened. Are they crying for Derby or South Yorkshire. As Caesar said on crossing the Rubicon, the die has been cast.

That's no good, owls really don't operate well in wet weather, their feathers are not designed for it.

Just remember that the teams who finished in the bottom two, took 10 points off us this season and if only for that we barely deserve Cardiff doing the business.

Just a word of commiseration to the Wendies. Like us, a good club. They were dealt a massive body blow by the EFL and couldn't recover from it. That said, I'm glad it's them and not us that went down. The Championship will however be a lesser league without them....RIP
