Merr like poonami.

There's a couple of Celtic das having a wee laugh that thought Ajeti was just the penalty box striker we needed.

Theres a strange form of fascism among the 'left wing' Celtic fans these days where any deviation from the party line is not allowed.

Scott Brown along with Lennon and Lawwell cost Celtic 10 in a row.

Brown was a good player for a few seasons and a decent player for most of the rest of them. Will go down as a Celtic icon...legend might be pushing it but probably considering there aren't many candidates for that in the last 10 years.

Will be a boost for Aberdeen in the dressing room, on the pitch i'm not sure. We'll still be the biggest fixture of his season so hopefully we can add to his misery of living in Aberdeen.

A collection of schite keepers and Duffy possibly more noteable than Brown this season in sinking the ship?

I think he's had more stick than he's personally been due tbh.

As for local outbreaks, maybe I’m being cynical but I believe that’s down to large family groups

It'll be interesting to see what influence he has on Ross McCrorie at Aberdeen.

He achieved a lot at Celtic, mostly while Rangers were on their knees or out of the league entirely. I remember Kevin Thomson consoling him after bossing him in OF games in the earlier years. A truly limited footballer only good for noising up opponents, who had the good fortune of his career coinciding with a period of dominance and little competition for Celtic. I wish I was as lucky as him. Fondly remembered for "doing the Broony" in front of Diouf by fans who like to forget it was Diouf lifting the league trophy that season.

I hope Celtic's next club legend is as piiish as him.

Perfectly summed up. A midfielder who can't pass

In fact without Scott Brown's passing we would not have the immortal words "whats the keeper dain Tam"

A little surprised that you mention that particular comment after the season that you have just had

new variants should only be a concern if the vaccines don't work, thus far it looks like they do.

if it starts attacking an unvaccinated age group then we have to protect them, as we did older people.

Hmmm

Sorry to disagree (no I'm not) but I pin the blame squarely and wholly at the doors of DD and Lawwell.

I don't blame Lennon or Brown one little bit. Lennon was completely unsuitable but what is he to do when he sees the 4th historic treble over the line and is offered the job?

He does what he thinks is right and still remains in position long after everyone else saw the woods behind the trees.

Brown wants to play so he trains as best as he can. he gets picked. Therefore he plays and does the best he can do. Who is to blame here? Again; it's not Lennon. He's completely out of his depth remember.

Hey ho. It's done now.

As the captain, I blame Brown for not toeing Duffy’s pie and telling him to stay in the dressing room.

Party line dynamics is not just the domain of celtic fans

I know it's stating the obvious but I guess not competing for the 'ten' must lay at Pl's door.

There was a thing on twitter the other day (I know, I know) talking about how BR spoke with the cleaners when he took over a new club.

Whilst the tweet got a bit stick, etc - if the wee anecdote was true & i think it was, it shows just how good he is at people management.

He's called a Manager but he is clearly a leader.

How could PL not see that going from someone with those strengths to someone not renowned for that would have a negative impact it is really interesting.

I'm glad he did sign him though...

Which was evident before we took him on for the title push and still evident before offering him the job full time. Even more evident during his tenure.

Back to the board for making the wrong choice (easy and cheap) and sticking with it for far too long.

he could have realised the importance of the season and put forth a little bit more effort.

if someone doesn't deal in tactics, it likely means they don't watch the opposition, which was clear when he praised stevie may this season.

lazy and appalling imo.

boards fault, but he's not getting away with that.
