I don’t think that tourists offering to advise others on where to buy drugs can really complain about locals trying to hawk drugs to tourists
Lisbon is an awesome city. Porto is the clear winner aesthetically, IMO, but it doesn’t have the same character or culture as Lisbon.

Will get a fridge full of sagres and a mate selling sunglasses and low quality gear to complete the aesthetic though!

Lisbon blew me away the first time I visited as practically no other city has. I've never made it to Porto but it's high on my list.
