I joined on the 17 May 2001 - just few hours earlier than OP
not a very frequent day by day user but enjoy this site more than the old BBC 606...The reason this site is going strong and popular imo is the classic format preservation that most of us used to follow back in BBC 606
Also - Ads do not bother me …On the bright side - took advantage of the ads to sort out better deals on my mobile & services/deals

I came over on the demise of the original 606 site. Ignore what it says in my members page, I have opened a new account every time I got called out for making a tw@t of myself, many, many, many times.
Thanks a lot Admins 1 and 2, it's your faults I have wasted so many of my salad days.

I'm one of the originals, although I was epilepticfridgeboy back then. I'd be lost without this as I'm not on any other football forum. It's a good way of getting frustrations out on match day, particularly as a spurs fan.

10 years - wow. Time flies!
Been a pretty eventful time being a Leicester fan. Glad I got to share it with the people on this forum. Quite a few of the Leicester 606ers came over but differing opinions, robust debate and high emotions mean we’ve lost a few.
The most amusing one still remains Johngee. A superb poster who I always disagreed with went off to support another club in 2013 after he disagreed with the owners support for Nigel Pearson.
He’s really enjoying being a Derby fan over the last 10 years I’m sure 😂

The thing about this site is that you can't sell it to youngster. It's fine for us 30-50 year olds. Under 18s need more pictures.

The main feature I miss about the original 606 was the Predictor, where you put in your predicted scores for any of the divisions and for as far ahead as you liked in the season, and it would adjust the tables accordingly. Kept me amused and out of trouble for hours!

I used the BBC 606 all the time and was gutted when it stopped. Ja606 was a saviour at the time BBC 606 ended.

Joined 24th May 2011. Followed harj over from the beeb
after he assured me it was easy as the original 606. He was right bless him. Loved coming on here ever since.
I joined in June 2011. Was happy to find JA606 after the BBC closed the forum back then.

Why have you let U3245 back on?
Like others, (I just checked lol) I joined in June 2011 so next month 10 years!
Despite the few prats on here over the years, I have stuck at it with occasional contributions. So far no bust ups with anybody but there is still plenty of time. Lol.
p.s. Did anybody do what I did in the early part of this season and through routine go to the Championship to hit Leeds! It was a long time. Great to have such a fantastic season and see the team growing in confidence. Still crying because I didn’t get a ticket in the ballot.
Happy Birthday JA606. Well done to the work/effort put in over the years. I applaud the admins.
I signed up in November, as a free agent, I needed to weigh up the options of who was worthy of my presence.
