Jurgen is Very Bitter

This is the best thing you've ever written Boris. Bit of a sea change in your posting style though, what inspired this?

You really do rival Morespurs.

Why do you need somebody to explain to you what words mean repeatedly?

There is no bitterness on display and in fact read Guardiola's comment on Klopp's message to him when City won the league.

Klopp is simply saying even a team as good as City would not have won the league with the injuries Liverpool have had and he believe the players have done well with the situation they had.

Jesus. Thick as two short planks.

I see the bitterness filters down to the lower orders.

Really? I didn't even bother with the link because it's from Gulf News.

Basically he’s saying he had 2 first teamers injured but decided to put square pegs in round holes all season to try and compensate and it backfired massively

Is this from a Middle Eastern publication?

Another one who can't understand what words mean.

I will tell why he mentioned this?its because money man Pep never shuts up about our club. Jurgen never usually speaks about other clubs..
Pep had to mention how Man-city had to learn from Liverpool's poor defence of the title.

Pep is the one with the obsession.

Pep has bigger things to concentrate on.

Bumbling Boris - how well do you think City would have done without Dias, Loporte and Stones for most of the season? With several other players getting injuries when filling in for them, one being the captain and out out for the season also?

You had no Laporte past season and couldn't cope.

I saw plenty of problems on the pitch. Especially in defence.

Boris you honestly think Pep cares about Man-city? he was going to leave before he was given 125 million in transfers over the summer.. 2 defenders that cost 65 and 45 million.
The only person Guardiola cares about is his own record has manager. hes spent the most money in the entire history of football. while managing the joint biggest team in Spain, biggest team in Germany andthe one of the joint biggest clubs in England. while spending nigh on a billion at Man-city
So Klopp is right

Yes- you recovered, like Liverpool have done, towards the end of the season and Liverpool had long took their foot off the gas having had the league won at the earliest point in top division history.

Klopp would have left if he hadn't been given all that money to buy Van Dyke and Allison.

Having defenders out causes all your forwards to miss guilt edged chance after guilt edged chance apparently.

Liverpool's problems have been taking chances rather than defensive deficiencies, but as usual the victim mentality kicks in and it's all about the missing defenders.

The dip in form coincided withe the UEFA farce which put a lot of players contracts in jeopardy because they are linked to bonuses.

As soon as CAS threw the ridiculous charges out, City won 7 of their last 8 games.

They was also the issue of Liverpool and 8 other clubs secretly trying to get the PL to sanction City.

I'm sure Pep would have loved to have highlighted all these underlying factors but chose not to..

Wait didn't city lose their title after one CB got injured?
Everything Klopp said has some merit tbh. If city had 3-4 cbd out they wouldn't win the league. Hardly rocket science.

I also get confused when people suggest klopp needs to investigate why so many got injured. This is the first time Liverpool have had an insane number of injuries in his time there. I don't buy the 'klopp ran em into the ground' excuse. Most were injured through impact so has nothing to do with fatigue etc.

I think if people think Liverpool have just become bad over night without using a bit of common sense they are in for a shock. I expect Liverpool, City and maybe Chelsea to challenge for the league next year. Man u will have to make massive progress to be in with a shout. Liverpool had a freak season of injuries, Chelsea a huge outlay after a transfer ban and a new boss- and they are still only a couple points off a United, and their fans think they'really ready to challenge next year 😅.

No denying that your forwards have been the most profligate amongst the top teams though.

Your problems this season have been in attack rather than defence, you have still been creating chances but you haven't been putting them away.

It's happened in the past at Anfield with players getting unexplained knee injuries.

I''m pretty sure they either changed the training staff or the training routines, possibly both.
