Getting rid of so many players in one go and replacing them never seems to work. I don't think we'd be able to get rid of them all anyway...who is going to buy them? Plus Levy will spend too long haggling to get it all done.
Just get rid of the ones who really need to be sold - Sissoko, Aurier, Dier or Sanchez (Dier is my preference), Lamela.
There's always the chance a new manager could get more out of some of the other misfits like Winks, Doherty etc.

I do think the kane situation makes the manager situation interesting.
Normally Levy would sell near deadline day, but ideally a new manager will want time to analyse who would make sense and be feasible to bring in with the Kane money.

I still want Marcelo Gallardo. He is Poch with Trophies. Another Argie and Bielsa pupil. He would be perfect for us. Won a cup match the other day playing a midfielder in goal and with just 11 players at his disposal due to covid.

Your performance against Leicester shows that Spurs with the right management are very much a strong side that rival teams will still fear. You guys could certainly turn things around after this not so dismal season.
It only looks bad because of the toxicity around JM and his defensive strategy, and perhaps expectations were set too high to start with, being set up after being top for a bit and thinking it was going to be plain sailing then on...
I'm doubtful that there is a Galactico team out there willing to break the bank for Kane... Actually I believe Kane and Son together are far more magnificent than the players on their own.
I expect Arsenal to improve next term as well.

Nobody can afford him, there are better options out there. I'd argue both Haaland and Mbappe would go for cheaper or similar money and they are arguably better long term propositions.
I'd back Levy to get top dollar for Kane, but he is hopeless at selling deadwood these days. He will set unrealistic prices for the likes of Dier and Sanchez and the new manager will be lumbered with these clowns.
Levy needs to set fair valuations on these players for there to be a clear out.

I think PSG, City and United could all afford him. As could Chelsea but Levy won't let that happen. If it is true that City did enquire last summer, then there is every chance they'll be back in for him this summer. FFP has been rolled over due to Covid and City can 100% go big this summer. I think it's pretty much done to be honest. Kane certainly expects to be gone.

I'm surprised there has been no talk of Son leaving at all. Surely he's too good to be spending his prime years in the banter Cup with Hibs?

Once the media and pundits are done selling Kane for us they will move onto Son

FWIW I don't see him leaving.
Nobody can afford him, there are better options out there. I'd argue both Haaland and Mbappe would go for cheaper or similar money and they are arguably better long term propositions.

I'd back Levy to get top dollar for Kane, but he is hopeless at selling deadwood these days. He will set unrealistic prices for the likes of Dier and Sanchez and the new manager will be lumbered with these clowns.
Levy needs to set fair valuations on these players for there to be a clear out.

Yep.....not only are they similar money but there is the potential for sell ons too....so you can at least get your money or some money back
There is no sell on value in Kane now
It’s been said before and it’s bang on the money....Kane should be beating his brother to near death!
He should never have signed a 6 year contract with no release clauses .....madness

I can’t wait to see the back of dier .....he is back to the days of Stuart nethercott and Kevin Scott!
He needs to get back on the treadmill and maybe just maybe he could get back to where he was but I doubt it
I quite like Sanchez but I know I’m in the minority
He needs a commander next to him but he is still young though? I think!!?

I think PSG, City and United could all afford him. As could Chelsea but Levy won't let that happen. If it is true that City did enquire last summer, then there is every chance they'll be back in for him this summer. FFP has been rolled over due to Covid and City can 100% go big this summer. I think it's pretty much done to be honest. Kane certainly expects to be gone.
