Get that Nadz, but you’d already have to make judgements on games anyway. So I don’t think saying sub a keeper on for whoever is a big call of keeper is sent off. Already a negative for team getting red card anyway!

Some folk don’t even have keepers on the bench at times.... if a simple change like that wouldn’t be made when reds were opverlooked there’s really no point in any of us having keepers on the bench

Arsenal 2 Leeds 1
Gnabry 16
Coutinho (Pereira 39)
Kounde 71
------------------------------------ Kane PK 72
MOTM - Coutinho

A very close match with Arsenal edging out a strong spirited Leeds side. Both teams going with a possession oriented playstyle so it was going to be a midfield battle to get the upper hand. Leeds started off well and Kovacic especially was looking right up for it as he was helping out a lot in defensive duties. Arsenal got the upper hand when a loose ball wasn't properly cleared by the Leeds defenders and Gnabry was there to rifle home a thunderbolt of a shot which Pope could do nothing about. Leeds nearly came back with an instant reply with Pogba threading an inch perfect pass to Kane who opened up his body and curled a low shot agonisingly off the post. Arsenal were getting a bit of joy on that right hand side and got the second when Pereira made a good overlapping run and got to the byline and cut the ball back for Coutinho to smash the ball in. Partey had Coutinho marked but the nimble Brazilian managed to squeeze away from him to find some space. Lubo Biesla was not happy with his teams first half performance and you could tell he went El Loco on his players in the dressing room as half the players looked like they shat themselves when coming back out for the second half (Biesla special?). But Leeds did step it up a gear in the second half. They created some good chances but Leno was having a good game in net and Arsenal were content with the 2 nil lead. Leeds pulled one goal back when a bit of sloppiness from Fernandinho meant he lost the ball and Bergwijn raced through past the defenders and Kounde tackled him from behind to receive a red card and a penalty for Leeds. Kane despatched the penalty and Leeds were back in it with momentum on their side. Arsenal brought on the experienced Azpilicueta to shore up the defence and while there were a lot of substitutions on both sides to bring some freshness into the game, Arsenal held out for the win.

I know, cuz of the stamp duty cut. I’m using this time to clean out my portfolio before the market falls off the cliff at the end of the year. It’s artificially inflated imo

By desperate I meant I went on a viewing (to hunt for bargain buys as I come in with cash) and said I might be interested depending on advice from my team because it had a weird title deed that needs changing. So they call me twice everyday of this week that I just cba to pick up and they sent an email saying are you still interested or not, otherwise they’ll take on interest from other parties

I’m sorry but when did I ever ask them to reserve the property for us 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

I've just bought - had to get out of where I am couldn't keep waiting for 'crash' - I think the area I live will suffer less from any crash anyway

Congrats

Congrats JET.

Areas I’m looking always go 5-10% over home value, and that’s gone up quite a lot recently. So that with a 15% deposit hasn’t been good for me as too much cash

I like to invest what I have, not like the Chinese who take out loans everywhere but can’t complete in the end cuz they can’t afford it and it goes back to the bank
