Agree on mixing up results, I’m usually too late for Fans liking though as would be doing the weekend after
First jab is worse than second. I think anyway but neither really impacted me but know others been quite ill after first
Been told to take ibuprofen the day before and before I go in and drink heaps of water meant to help
I wouldn't take anything before the jab fan

Because everyone’s body is different and what might work for others won’t agree with yours

You need to give your body time to react to the vaccine so lay off the pain relief unless you really need it
Also if you have a negative reaction to the jab it's withing 15 minutes best off laying off but deffo keep the fluids up
