if you see anyone worth adding to auctions while am away will take 3 of you to agree
6th Erik Vázquez is the last one for now
how do gents?
shall we do fgn offers?
Tino
Auctions are pretty much over so I’m cool if we stop.
Aribo off to Soton for 10m, bargain for them
shall we make this weeks the last week then?
suits me fine tbh as this week is my last week here (in this job) and not sure how much free time or even freedom i'll have to browse
Big leaving do for you this week then?
yeah we'll see but theres deffo gonna be some drinky
if its the final week of offers, does anyone want a brucie bonus x5 multiplier?
I wouldn't mind that tino. Only if it's defo the last week of offers tho.
I think Rof's right, if this is the last of the auctions then it's fitting this is the last of the offers, no point bloating the coffers for the sake of it
Probably fairer to stick with 4 times as max
Tariq Lamptey and Inaki Williams are gonna be representing Ghana from now on.
what happened to Inaki, he looked a world beater a few years ago, and now he's not even the best footballer in his house
Think Inaki has played every game for 5 years or something crazy
Inaki is a strange one tbf. His goalscoring record is not that good but always felt in a better team he'd be a star. And not a lot of players leave Bilbao so he's set to be a lifer for them. But it does say this on his wiki page which is brilliant.
On 17 April 2022, after starting against Celta, Williams passed the six-year mark since he last missed a league match for the club, and extended his own Spanish top-flight record of consecutive games to 224

Summer auctions
Ryan Gravenberch - Spurs £510m
Goncalo Ramos - Chelsea £430m
Maxence Caqueret - Liverpool £300m
Jurrien Timber - Spurs £220m
Arnaud Kalimuendo - Leicester £200m
Niklas Sule - Wolves £170m
Roko Simic - Man Utd £156m
Malo Gusto - Spurs £140m
Castello Lukeba - Leicester £125m
Ayman Kari - Spurs 123m
Vinicius Tobias - Man Utd £105m
Nicola Zalewski - Man City £105m
Felix Afena-Gyan - Chelsea £95m
Prince Aning - Chelsea £25m
Chris Richards - Chelsea £7m
Erik Vázquez - Man City £4m
So who got ripped off and who got the biggest bargain
I’m fact I’ll turn those into questions
1) Auctions over, are you happy with your purchases or disappointed you never entered?
2) Who did you miss out on that you really wanted?
3) A lot of money was spent, who got ripped off?
4) Who will turn out to be the bargain auction of the summer
1m per question
Yes completely happy, think Ramos will be a star now Nunez is gone
Wanted Gravenberch but went way over my budget
At 200m I think Kalimuendo
If he moves Richards will be a bargain unsure why no one else came in for him otherwise looking at prices Sule was a bargain
1. Happy with the two I got and for prices I did. Lukeba was one of Lyon’s best players last season and had three years as u21. Kaliumendo also has over 60 games in the French top league, two more seasons at u21 and scored 10 goals in open play last season in 27 starts, so a fantastic return for a 19/20 year old.
Both were nominated for Ligue 1 young player of year so getting both for 325m is very good in my book.
And Zalewski for City offers good versatility where they’re short.
2. Gusto would’ve been the one. Similar to Lukeba in was one of Lyon’s best players last season, would’ve liked him but already have a top young rb.
City would’ve gone for all the u21s if they had cash.
3. Ramos at over 400m, only has one year as u21 and only got 7 goals and 2 assists in Portuguese league. Not entirely sure on his position, but it’s a poor return for Benfica. Sure he’s talented and playing regularly as a forward at that age is what I look for but would’ve expected around 200m, similar yo Kali. Simic is also expensive though for a player that’s only scored in Austrian second division. But strikers do cost a premium.
4. I’ll say Gusto, given his quality for price, although maybe his price would’ve went quite a bit higher if I’d had more cash.
Aberdeen to Amsterdam flight cancelled ffs
1. Delighted to have brought in 3 quality under 21’s which were desperately needed. Expected Gravenberch to go higher as the marquee man and similarly happy to have landed Timber & Gusto given the interest. Plenty of cash left too which is a nice bonus.
2. Luckily managed to get all of my main targets. Was 50/50 on going higher for Lukeba but opted to save the cash for Timber so will see how that decision plays out.
3. Probs Ramos based on price. It’s a big gamble on him replacing Nunez and from the bits I’ve seen seems more of a SS so wouldn’t surprise me if Benfica bring in another striker as their number 9.
4. Think Gusto has a good shot at challenging for the France RB spot given his current trajectory. Sule was also a very good price and will prob be the one that makes the most immediate impact.
spent 40 mins on the phone to KLM, no flights top Amsterdam for our connection
Change trip completely, Aberdeen > Paris > Bangkok almost all sorted then come 2000 phone went dead ffs
