United vs Villa
United set up very hard to beat, but with great pace and athleticism throughout that I can see them being a real threat on the break. In attack they have quality down the wings, but they lack creativity in the middle (cm/cb). I don’t like the idea of starting deep at home, possibly to ensure you keep possession for first ten mins, but think this could be built on vs playing away. Would give Camavinga more freedom to given the 3 cbs too.
Villa have a good balanced side, again a lot of pace in the side, two strong defensive cms who’d offer good cover for attacking fbs/AM. Tactically not much if anything I disagree with.
Can see Villa dominating on the ball and Utd hitting on counter. Villa have more creativity and quality in final 3rd, but Utd are well setup to deal with that. Defensively Villa also leave enough back to deal with a counter.
Personnel wise not much in it, both teams have weaknesses they could improve on, some of the younger players will improve themselves. Subs wise kept even.
Slight tactical advantage to Villa, but home advantage to Utd.

Chelsea vs Brentford
A very attacking team put out by our resident tinker man made this a lively game.
Fan could make his gameplan cleaerer, otherwise tactics are strong, and very little for me to pick on.
Brentford I like the tactics always very well written, easy to follow what’s going on and now even some colour! Attack is strong with clear plan for movement, and Zirkzee has the quality on ball for that front, plus great pace of both. And 10s complement each other well.
Not convinced on cb pairing though, Alaba would have been injured to be fair but for an attacking formation and up against Chelsea away from home, not sure they’d have enough. A lot of personnel on the up, and finishing season well though, if not full season!
Liked both sets of subs.
