In half an hour, Torres has had about 5 touches and looked better than everyone else for Chelsea other than Essien. This is so poor it's untrue! Torres close control looks good though, getting between players with nice skill but no real chances on goal for him. Hazard looked good but is always getting fouled. Essien just dominating in midfield

Oh and as I say that we score!!

Essien wins the ball plays Ramires into acres of space he finds Torres, clever turns and allows it to role between his legs for Lampard to score

Essien shot from 50 yards forces a save, corner cleared brighton counter, Miereles as usual decides to pass backwards and to Vincente who finds Barnes clean through, Cech does brilliantly but then he's surrounded and Brighton score. 2-1

Just other than Essien and at times Torres, Hazard and Lampard it's so so poor. City will thrash is next week if we play like this

Afternoon

Got back from Japan v Egypt. 3-0 to Japan. But the game was awful. Got bored for 2/3 just wacthing free-kicks been given away. Japan attacked early really and went 1 up early on and then just about 10 minutes later Egypt went down to 10 men. Then it was a shocking game until 80 minutes when japan saw victory and got 2 goals.
