I really like the look of Delap.
Another striker could be a reconfigured Ferran Torres. That kid has a good eye for goal.
Be a shame to have to let Zinchenko go (again). He’s been serving us well.

me to. he wasnt great was he and did nothin to create overloads when sterling was in posession.
Sterling is an easy target and he annoyed me a lot when he lost posession but he had no support at all. lots of players did a fair bit of hiding.
Bernardo tried, but mostly chased shadows. Riyad was man marked but could have moved inside and maybe walker and bernardo could have taken advantage of the gaps.
Our players just werent smart enough yesterday.
Coming to the squad WHY the hell would anyone sell Jesus. As long as he doesnt want to leave that kid can stay at the club all he wants. wont find a better back up striker.
I wouldn't mind Messi. Yesterday in tight spaces he is the type of player you need. If the team can find him in advanced spaces I think Messi would give us 3 good seasons and would score bucket loads.

Definitely agree that Jesus and Sterling should go. City badly need to add some height up front. Continually crossing the ball in the CL final to players who were too short to out-jump the Chelsea defense was very obvious.
