The missus' firm is representing BDO in the D&P case just now. Nice earner. I hear a smidge of the evidence built.

Professor Linda Bauld said she would prefer it if spectators heading to the event in Glasgow Green are told to take coronavirus tests beforehand – as fans must do if they are watching tournament matches south of the border.

But she added: “It is all the things that come with a mass event, people on public transport travelling into the area elsewhere, using toilets and maybe other indoor spaces, and then if the matches get under way and the results are good, which everybody hopes, people might lose some of their inhibitions and they might be embracing, and that has risks.

I would imagine she knows fck all about losing inhibitions?

I imagine she doesn't know much about embracing either?

A SPECIAL showing of Gregory's Girl and a "glittery night" of entertainment featuring drag queen star Lawrence Chaney are among the highlights of a packed programme of Euro 2020 Glasgow Green fan zone events.

Ahh ffs

They really have lost touch with reality haven’t they?

I suppose it’s what comes from sitting on your own in dark rooms staring at graphs, charts and projections day after day and ignoring humanity. These charts, graphs and projections produced by experts such as psychologists and dentists who’ve never other than brush stroke made one single projection right.

And still we ask for more.

Yep.

He repeated it again this morning. We’ve been down in London since Sunday tea time and not far from Theatre land. All of them with lights on doing rehearsals and getting ready. Get the feeling they are going to follow through with the threat if it doesn’t open up.

In so saying things generally were reasonably busy but nowhere remotely near pre pandemic levels and you could walk in practically any bar or restaurant with no issues whatsoever. They are desperate for business and I can’t see how they make any money. Everyone advertising for staff too. Genuinely think it’s getting very close to non survival time for so many. Whether a 2 or 4 week delay makes much difference I don’t know. It can’t just go on and on though.

Evenings everywhere was pretty quiet. We went to pretty decent restaurants and made our bookings only 2 days before. No problems getting in.
