If we are being honest, I don’t think many would have heard of their new manager before Levy made this appointment. That probably says it all about the downward spiral that this club are currently experiencing.

They will more than likely hover around mid table now for the next decade, during which time they can pay off some of the money owing on that White Elephant Lane Stadium 🐘 they’ve built. That’s if Spurs fans don’t burn it to the ground like they did the neighbouring areas a few years ago. 🔥🔥🔥

We’ve made some very poor appointments over the last 10 years or so - AVB, Sherwood, Jose.

I’ve no doubt we will have some further poor seasons over the next decade but I am very confident that we will have more top 6 finishes than not and we will comfortably be finishing higher than Wolves and West Ham most seasons.

Do you think West Ham can maintain a top half finish whilst competing in the Europa?

Top 6 would be factually correct given they finished in the top 6 positions. Strange behaviour from yourself

Laughing at Newcastle when you have as much to show for the last 13 years as they do is also strange behaviour.

How old are you, do you not comprehend basic points here?
Top 6 would be appropriate if West Ham consistently finished as such.
Let me explain it the very simple way. If you gatecrash a VIP party, let's say the security got confused and allowed you in, it doesn't automatically make you a VIP.

Maybe I'll draw it next time for you

We couldn’t all win the oil money lottery - Chelsea have earned nothing.

West Ham in the last decade have gone from owning a stadium to not owning their own stadium - Great success

Major honours

Spurs - 18
Leeds - 5
West Ham - 4

Why do people pretend that Leeds are a historically significant club. I mean we are a banter club but we have over treble the amount of trophies Leeds do

It’s certainly a contributing factor, our wage bill is minuscule in comparison, our transfer budget laughable.

Well there’s a few rich clubs that hoover up all the trophies. So it is definitely is a big influence

Explains why Wigan, for example, have won the FA Cup more recently. Also we’re not an oil money club but have consistently won more than Spurs

Wigan obviously won the oil lottery. As did Portsmouth and Birmingham and Swansea

Anyone can win the odd cup or defy expectations once, we flukes the Champions league final in that time at the expense of Real Madrid, Barca, Juve, Bayern, PSG, etc.

Liverpool are a bigger team so it is expected, you also had a large slice of luck when Barca paid well over the odds for Coutinho which allowed you to seriously strengthen - we will now struggle to get a similar fee for Harry Kane.

Additionally there is the wage bill - Liverpool’s is significantly higher than Spurs, in fact it’s almost double

----------------------------------------------------------------------

I’ve already explained that. Rather than cherry picking a time that suits your argument, why don’t we make it fair and say since Abramovich bought Chelsea in 2003. Since then Spurs have won as many trophies as all of those clubs, played more cup finals than those teams combined and are the only one of the lot to still be in the Prem. The only team we have under performed against in that time from a money point of view is Leicester, fair play to them.

Like I said, if Roman had bought Spurs then we would probably have won around a further 10 trophies in that time, but alas we didn’t win the oil lottery like Chelsea
