I don't get the crazy push for these vaccines on everyone, you can still spread the virus and get it. It only stops the person from getting a bad reaction from it, but with a 99.5% survival rate for people under 40, I would rather take the risk. Vaccinate the most vulnerable and leave it as that.

If it was doctors approaching patients in their surgeries saying "Take this jab and the makers will pay for you to nip down the road to get a stadium tour," then that would be unethical. But private businesses offering a freebie/discount to people whom choose off their own back to go and get vaccinated because they hear about the offer, isn't a breach of either business or medical ethics.
I find it interesting that you think it's unethical to give an offer like this. But you're absolutely fine with the notion of restricting society and the lives of people to infringe upon their human rights in some kind of two tier society "Take the job or be locked out" campaign, to essentially force people to take it if they want access to society.
