Every single club spends money on players. All fans like it when their club signs a player.
Don’t pretend that what City are doing now isn’t any different to what the likes of United, Liverpool, etc have done in the past and continue to do themselves.

You're the one pretending that what City are doing now isn’t any different to what the likes of United, Liverpool, etc have done in the past and continue to do themselves.
It's simply not the same no matter how much you convince yourself that it is.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's so weird how they do this. Seemingly intelligent guys (some anyway!) that are so blinded by club loyalty. That said it does happen with all clubs one way or another, Liverpool supporters with the Suarez stuff for instance. Us Arsenal fans have been very guilty of delusions of grandeur in the past although that seems to have at least been slapped of us lately
City need Kane more than Grealish. I can see Jack staying another season to be fair and he's not pushing for a move. Kane is desperate to escape from Hell๐คฃ
I get why Kane wants a move, when you play for a club that has tried to recruit a manager through contacting every adult over 35 in Europe, but still failed, it tells you all you need to know about the need to move if you want to win anything.
I just do not see Kane as part of City's endlessly interchanging front 5 and with his injuries they may as well have kept Kun.

City are honestly a joke. Just buy buy buy, so boring. Where’s the development?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Where's yours?
Your season collapsed when your £75m CB got injured
————————————————————————-
Are you joking? Collapsed when we were top of the league at Christmas? Lost all of our main centre backs for the whole season, but don’t let facts get in the way.
Also our defence cost about £10 million if you take VVD out of the equation, whereas yours is about £250 million.
Your team and cheque book manager are a joke. Just everything that is wrong with football.

That was funny.
Feck me do Liverpool ever stop moaning? If they had generous owners they'd want the cash spent and they're liars if they say otherwise.
Would Liverpool fans be happy if the league was truly fair meaning every club had the same budget? Would the feck. The FFP rules are all my ass.

City spend what they earn in prize money.
Quite a simple concept really.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So you’re saying City have won around £1.2 billion in prize money?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Turnover over the last 10 years close to £4bn.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Since when did turnover equal profit?
You spend the vast majority of your turnover on wages
