On that subject I read at the weekend all the effort at St George's that's gone into the England team's penalty taking

Physiatrists, analysts, stattos, slow mo analysis....some guys told to stand apart from the team - they timed the start of the run up reaction to the refs whistle and found out it was just shy of Usain Bolt's reaction to the gun
